FAQ
What is ClassDojo Plus?
ClassDojo Plus is an optional, premium subscription for families who want even more ways to support their kids at school and at home. Depending on the plan you choose, it unlocks powerful features in the ClassDojo app, including detailed progress reports, AI-powered homework help, 1000+ interactive books, a digital album of school memories, and more. The core ClassDojo experience (messaging with teachers, class points, and class story updates) is always free. Over 1 million families have already upgraded to Plus for deeper insight and more support.
How can I try ClassDojo Plus?
You can start a 7-day free trial of ClassDojo Plus in the app or here. It's the easiest way to explore everything Plus unlocks, and see how it helps your family stay connected and supported. Member Perks (exclusive perks from favorite family brands) aren't available during the trial period, but you can preview everything waiting for you and unlock it all when you subscribe.
Can I cancel ClassDojo Plus at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps. If you cancel your Plus subscription, you’ll still have access to the core ClassDojo experience (messaging with teachers, class points, and class story updates), which is always free.
Can I use ClassDojo Plus features with the rest of my family?
Yes. You can share your Plus subscription with up to 3 other grown-ups, so everyone stays in the loop. You can also use Plus features with all your kids, even if they don't use ClassDojo at school. Just connect to one child's school, then add any other kids at home to start using Plus with them too.
